The Group's operating entity, Jinan Acetate Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinan Acetate"), was established in October 1999. Its holding company, My Parents Living Technology Limited. (hereinafter referred to as "My Parents Living"), was founded in October 2012 and invested in Jinan Acetate in February 2013. In November 2013, all shareholders of Jinan Acetate, excluding My Parents Living, transferred their entire shareholdings in Jinan Acetate to My Parents Living through a share swap, making My Parents Living the 100% shareholder of Jinan Acetate. These former shareholders of Jinan Acetate then became shareholders of My Parents Living.

JINAN ACETATE CHEMICAL CO., LTD. was founded in 1999, mainly engaging in the R&D, manufacture and sales of cellulose diacetate tow, with independent intellectual property rights protection. Its products are sold well in more than 60 countries and regions.
In 2015, our company was listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE), becoming the first Taiwan-funded enterprise in Shandong Province to be listed in Taiwan, with the stock code 4763.TW.

Cellulose diacetate tow is white in appearance, and its cross-section shows a Y-shape under a microscope.
Our company can produce various specifications of tow with a monofilament fineness of 1.7–9.0 denier and a total denier of 15,000–40,000.We can also customize the tow specifications according to the dimensions of customers’ filter rods.
Our products are applicable not only to single-rod machines with a production speed of 120–600 meters per minute,but also to double-rod machines with a production speed of 1,000 meters per minute.
